The glaze here is called Sun Valley, which get its name from the gradient of colors that looks like the sun setting in a valley. Tan browns result where the glaze pulls thin. Pinks and blues come out where the glaze runs thicker. This glaze is very similar to the rutile pink glaze but more dramatic in its movement and color changes.
