How does one get their hands into a tiny hole to shape a round shape like this? Well that isn't exactly how this works =). I first threw a round shape up to an opening of maybe 4 inches in diameter at the top. Then, I patiently and carefully guided the clay to a smaller and smaller diameter opening until it became more of a sphere.
